About the Instructor Gary is a well qualified professional trainer with over 30 years experience with Gundogs and basic dog obedience training.
Training Classes 2026
Gary offers dog training courses for people of all abilities and standards. He will encourage them to understand their dog’s natural behaviour and abilities, using a combination of interactive lessons and an award based approach to training.
Class suited for pet dog owners who want to try Gundog work.
I have set courses for my students and I know everybody who puts some effort into their dog will achieve simple goals over an eight week period.
Working Gundogs For owners who want to develop their Gundogs natural hunting skills, I offer classes from basic to advanced levels for all breeds of Gundog.
My specialist and extensive knowledge of Gundogs will help maximise your dogs working potential when in competition or out shooting.

Working Test 14th September Open wins 1st place for Inka and 4th place for Drake, Weimeraner Association Stourhead.
Working Test 23rd August Open win 3rd place for Inka, Bracco Italiano club Balcombe.
Working Test 13th July Open wins 1st Place for Inka, 2nd place Bramble, GSP Sussex Barcombe Mill.
Working Test 28th June 4th place for Inka Largemunsterlander Hall Barn.
Working Test 31st May 2nd place for Inka at the GSP Surrey and Hans.
Working Test 25th May Open win for Drake at the Norfolk and Suffolk HPR club working test.
Working Test 27th April Good start to the working test season at the Usk Valley HPR club.
1st in 'Novice' for Bramble.
3rd in 'Open' for Drake. 4th in 'Open' for Inka.

In the Field Test success 2025 Good start to this season, my four year old Large Munsterlander Bramble proved herself in a "Spring pointing test' and she was graded 'Good' at the Hungarian Wirerhaired Visla club.
Working Test success 2024 We have made up my Novice male Large Munsterlander Drake to 'Open' level
1st at 'Novice' , Test Valley working test. Merit at 'Open', Hungarian Visla Club.
Inka has also done well in competition this year, she has acheived:

3rd at 'Open', GSP Surrey and Hants working test.

THE FAVOURITE' Film This is an award winning film about Queen Ann, nominated for ten Oscars. Staring Olivia Coleman, Rachel Weisz, Emma Stone. Directed by Yorgos Lanthimos.
Our role in the film was to retrieve pigeons for two shooting scenes using our Large Munsterlanders Freya and Inky. We where allocated two days filming at Hatfield House.
